Professor Goro Makabe at work in the laboratory of the police department.
Sipping on a highly cancerigenous, sugar coated, caffeinated drink while keeping an eye on his patient.
Then, a wild agent appears.

To be frank, I'm disappointed with the render. The perspective is wrong and the lights are odd, but heh. I spent too much time on this thing.

Disappointed or not, so long as you had fun with the drawing and use it as a learning experience it's all good -3- Although I understand us artists are seldom kind to ourselves and always strive for 'perfection'.

I like the choice of colours and bright lighting but there does seem to be a lack of depth in the image; contrast is consistent throughout the image giving it a 'flat' appearance. I won't address the perspective as you've already touched up on that, but playing around in photoshop can easily fix it c:

Yup, yup, you're right about the contrast. I've been too lazy to put different depth values there (I'm awful when a piece has taken too long I tend to sabotage the final but necessary touchs). It could actually be a nice piece to "redraw" in a few months or so!

Yeah, I know that feeling too well where you've dedicated so much time into an image.

You should definitely revisit the image later; it has too much potential to go to waste :D You may feel better about it then, too

Well, if YOU didn't spot those mistakes despite working on it for so long, then surely no viewer will see them~ uu
You did just fine, no self-hating in the year of our Lord 2018.

That's actually a very good and right affirmation, yes xD that's no big deal, maybe just the "bad feeling" you sometimes get after finishing a piece.

I cannot see why you're disappointed ith it, I love it, it's awesome ^^
But, hey, aren't we almost always disappointed with our own creations? :)

Mainly out of perspective mistakes I saw too late despite all the care I took xD

And true to that, we're always really harsh to ourselves.

I still can't see the perspective problem, even after having read your words ^^'
I'm in love with your work. yep :)

It's mainly on the right : the furniture's lines cross in a way that can't possibly be unless the furniture (on the floor, the long one) is bent, which is very unlikely. It's mainly due to the fact I used a single line as a reference to focus my lines instead of a dot or anything precise, as I tend to prefer doing things "by hand" even if inaccurate than using a ruler. It looks more natural... well, except when I'm absent-minded and fail my lines : p

Thanks /o/

Also think it seems more natural.
I see the lines which you're talking about, but they do not bug me, I did not notice until you told me ^^
