I've felt the need to update my stock rules because a few questions have come up that I hadn't addressed before. Hopefully this will answer those questions, and if you have any others, feel free to contact me. I always respond to questions, always favorite pieces that use my stock, and who knows, maybe a llama will visit your page too! 
Rules for Stock Use
Crediting: Credit my stock and always link your work back to me so I can fav it! Making Stocks From Stocks: DO NOT USE MY STOCK TO MAKE MORE STOCK or claim my stock as your own (I may grant permission for exemption if you ask so long as you credit my stock for it.) Permanent exemption has been given to 
because their pre-made BGs are the best of the best! 
also has permanent exemption because she's my sister and I said so! Plus, she's meaner than I am so if her stock model photos in my stock gallery get abused and my rules violated, be very, very afraid.
Icons and Logos From My Stock: If you want to make an icon or dA Group logo with parts of my stock that is ok with me. Please link it back to me and credit me. Who knows, maybe I'll join your group! My only exception is that you do not use the faces of my models and comply with my rules about pornography, degradation, violence, abuse and so on. Money Making & dA Prints: If you want to make money with the art you have created using my stock that is cool with me! I'm not one of those stingy people that refuses to let you submit dA Prints just because you've used my stock. I think if you're willing to put the time and effort into creating a piece of art you should be able to sell it! That includes if you want to make prints of your art and sell them in the real world too, provided they are sufficiently altered to consider them pieces of art. I am also completely ok with the use of my stock for book covers and so on, providing that you follow my stock rules and throw me a bone of credit somewhere and let me know! I'd probably buy the book just because it had some of my stock on the cover! If you changed the hue/saturation or flipped a filter and did nothing else, then no. That's a big no no. Other Websites: If you want to post your artwork on other websites like facebook, or myspace so your friends and family can see them, you can. If it's an art website I would appreciate a link back to my stock (and let me know where so I can see too!)so other artists may have a chance to use my stock as well. Do NOT redistribute my raw or mildly enhanced stock as your own, or on other websites. Porn, Violence, and Nudies: Do not use my stock for pornographic, hate related, violent, abusive, racist, or otherwise demeaning, hurtful or illegal purposes. (Tasteful nude art is acceptable unless otherwise stated in the artists comments of that particular photo.) If I ever get around to posting model stock they are NEVER to be used in nude or the rest of the adjectives I used above art. Be respectful of them and make sure it's something you wouldn't mind your Mom or Grandma seeing. Violence Clarification: If you want to use guns, fighting scenes and such with my stock, thats totally fine.. I'm just asking no gory "Hostel" or "Hills Have Eyes" type gross-out violence that makes you want to upchuck the moment you lay eyes on it. If you have a question about your project, send me a note! Side Note: I understand the difference between the macabre arts and hate-violence-abuse art. If you want to go for the gothy look, thats totally cool. I just don't want to see my sister's head chopped off or the entrails of my beloved kitties spilled on the ground and called art.
Manip Basics: Be creative! Don't just do simple color or texture manipulations that my six year old cousin can do. Other FYI: Have fun! I can't wait to see what you do with it! I will always favorite and llama art made from my stock!
