Hello my faithful fans and friends, I'd like to thank you all in advance for the happy birthday wishes and gifts that you guys perhaps gift to me here, I immensely appreciate it. I'm turning 25, and it's going to be weird being a quarter century old now... I'll personally comment and fav any gifts that come my way btw, but you might have to give me a bit of time considering this is around the time of my classes ending XD
More to the point though besides my birthday... Classes are nearing a close, and my second to last semester (and probably one of the more stressful and enduring ones I have ever attempted) is ending soon. This means many things I hope for winter break to be here.
First, like I stated in my previous update, Freedom Planet Resurgence Issue 10, the series finale, I slated to come in December and I didn't lie, it's coming.
I just finished writing my outline and making sure I didn't miss key plot points and got a rough idea of how I want my story to conclude. It will be epic, heart pounding, and emotional as we will see Lilac and her friends at arms against Lord Brevon's mighty Space Station and himself as they go to rescue the people abducted onboard as well as the Magister who was taken during the aerial battle when invading Shang Tu. Everything has been built to this moment, and I feel that this might be similar to Freedom Planet's original ending, but it will kinda tie into Freedom Planet 2 a bit (Even if it doesn't canonically when the game itself comes out I don't care).
I also recognize once FPR ends, a good chunk of you guys will unfollow me, which is okay to me. If you were only watching me for my FPR content, just know after FPR is done I wont be making anymore FP content. Maybe a fanart or two after FP2 is released, but not much after the story is done. You are welcome to stay and read Sonic Z to its end when it is finished, trust me, the story will get real good these last two seasons. If you liked FPR, you'll love Sonic Z too. But I won't hold ya down or expect you to stay.
In addition to being a big moment to FPR fans, or fans of my stories, this release of this issue will be monumental to me personally solely because this will be the very first story I've fully finished here online. But, to all my Sonic Z fans, it won't be the last will it?
As for Sonic Z fans, while I will dedicate my time to FPR for the time being until December's end, or whenever the finale for FPR is released in the month, I have plans to try to get more pages out before next semester rolls in. I have acquired new techniques and a faster speed at making my art in photoshop that should enable me to make these comic pages come out almost as fast as they once were during season 2 era.
Finally, I intend to release some artwork from the games I worked on over the semester, as to add to my portfolio here.
So I hope you enjoy them and see the potential of what is to come from me in the future. For now though, I need to wait until the semester ends before I post anything.
So sit tight guys, I'm hoping to bring an end to a lot of waiting.
For now though, keep an eye out on my twitter, I might post something or not about releasing FPR or other teasers regarding the script or Sonic Z maybe.

An Effort to Speed Production
Greetings everyone! I'm glad to have been able to finish issue 16 after all these years, it also means the comic is now in a single digit for how many issues are left (9). However, going forward there will be changes. While I am happy that I am able to get 1 page out per weekend, it really will take a while to get anywhere with the comic within the time frame I'm hoping to complete the series in. Even with help from my friend I simply do not have enough time or patience to sit down and focus on getting page by page out. I get tired from work easily since now it is a manual labor kind of job. Among other things the work environment isn't the friendliest right now. Hoping that will change in the near future so it'd be a lot less stress on my part. If it does get better, it may lighten the mood and make me feel a bit more motivated to do things. If not, I'm gonna be looking at other jobs and hopefully one that won't exhaust me or my time too much. Either way, I will have some new
Official Schedule of Page and Art Releases
Introduction If I didn't make it clear with two new pages and a sparkling new comic series cover (that I absolutely adore right now, puts all the others to shame) I am back and I'm ready to finish Sonic and I's journey. 9 years ago I started this comic with the intent to improve my skills as an artist, storywriter, and just to make a digital comic to post online instead of making comics for myself to enjoy. Since March 1st 2013 I've grown up as a person in more ways than one. There were good times and bad times, I'm looking at 2020-2021 specifically... But those weren't great years for a lot of people so I won't drone on about it. Instead looking toward the brighter future and I hope I made it apparent with the latest release of the Sonic Z Comic series cover for 2022 and on. Featuring more characters than I have ever included on any cover + new sights to behold that haven't been shown in the comic series yet. Please consider this is as my apology for disappearing for 2 years
Sonic Z Continues + Other News
Hey everyone! As you guys have seen Sonic Z #16 Pg 18 is out as of today. Happy 9th Year anniversary of the comic! The first pages and the cover for issue 1 were released on March 1st 2013, and I can remember a time where I was really excited to get it started. I had the goal of telling this storyline and improving my skills to get as good as my peers. A lot has changed since those youthful days when I was still in my late teens. Now I'm in my late twenties and that person I saw in the past is not the same person I am now. But fragments of that same person gleam through, wanting to see the end of this comic. And I intend to deliver. But as I mentioned in previous journals many life altering events have changed my life obviously and my work here. I was knocked out of the game for 2 years... it was all that bad. I will not continue on about what happened in 2020 from here on, its the past, and I'm moving on from that. The Hiatus Will Be Ending Soon
Introduction Season Greetings everyone new and old here! I won't beat around the bush too much here and address the title of this journal... Yes. The Hiatus for Sonic the Hedgehog Z is ending fairly soon. I know many of you have been patient, impatient, and worried that I was never going to get back to the comic. But there were many reasons why I entered a 2 year hiatus which I plan to get into briefly to those who are interested in hearing that. But for those who wished to just know when I'm returning here with new pages, the earliest will be sometime in January 2022 and at latest March 1 2022. Otherwise known as the day Sonic Z was first released for it's 9 year anniversary. 2020 Continued as 2021, What happened to Me 2020 was arguably the worst year I've ever had in my entire life. But many people can state that considering that the world was thrust into a 'pandemic' and people were thrown into a chaotic world. Not only that, but it was a major election year here in the US

First off, happy birthday! It's still amazing to see you're still making progress despite that massive workload from college. Hopefully you can wrap up everything you have planned before the year is over.
I wouldn't worry about FP2, FPR is already a much better story than the first game and, from the look of things, FP2 won't change too much. Maybe just throw a sort of sequel hook or something in there, but considering this will be your only FP project that shouldn't be necessary.
As for Sonic Z, it might be better to wait until FPR is done, which could be the rest of this month depending on what else comes up. For what it's worth, I'm looking forward to it as I'm digging the updated designs for Sonic and his friends. Hopefully they'll get to show off sometime.
