INKTOBER 2024 - DAY 23 rust

Struggled with the word rust too. I asked everyone I know what would be a good idea for this one and finally, my 10 year old said rusty chains...so rusty chains it is. In my Inktober notebook, I work on both sides of the paper, its pretty thick paper, but on the back side of this drawing is horizon of which I did an event horizon therefore, the majority of the paper was colored with black ink. The bleed through in that much black coloring seemed to add to the rusty, dirty look of this drawing...in my opinion.
