Nokto-3.8

Shell theme for Gnome 3.8 that includes the boje metacity (window) theme, a slightly modified zen-nokto GTK, & a set of ACYL icons that I think go well with the theme.

I tried to incorporate the styling cues of both themes, the colors were directed by the zen-nokto GTK.

I also themed the windows list extension, if anybody would use that let me know.
