Our man on the front line suggest that this could be evidence of an escalation in the fairy wars. The allegiance of the individuals pictured has yet to be ascertained, but a Dragon on the loose is never going to be good.

Edit : After listening to the advice of the folks over at Gimp Chat I've made a few changes, the main one being to add some shadows to the elve which is something I managed to forget to do the first time around...Doh!!
