Rise of the Guardians OC: Solina

Here she is. The third Rise of the Guardians OC for the head cannons of my "Where there's Darkness, there's Light" universe. Her name is Solina who's also known as Little Mary Sunshine, the spirit of warmth and sunshine as well as the newly chosen Guardian of Bravery and Pitch's love interest.      

. Solina has light tan skin, light brown hair that goes down her back, golden amber eyes (I had to use orange and brown colored pencils for the eyes.), and wears an off the shoulder dress that's pink on the upper part. Her transparent sleeves are a lighter pink and covered in glitter. The lower part of her dress that resembles a shining sun's blazing flames are red, orange, and yellow and goes all around her legs. Around her neck, she's wearing a decorative red, orange, and yellow sun necklace.

. She always goes barefoot. And her feet are also one of her weaknesses because that's one of the parts of her body where she's very ticklish, which everyone takes advantage of, especially Pitch, to have fun with her and hear her laugh.

. Her center is Bravery.

. She wears a small red and orange sun designed necklace.

. She loves all the season, mostly summer and spring. Since those seasons are supposed to be when the sun shines the most.

. When in battle, she forms balls of light in the palms of her hands and throws them at her enemies.

. It's said that whenever you like at the sun, you have the urge to sneeze for some reason. And since Solina has sun related powers herself, she happens to have a cute sneeze, even though she can be a little bit embarrassed by it. And sometimes whenever she sneezes, tiny little fire imps appear (like how when Elsa sneezed in "Frozen Fever", those little snowgies appeared).

. She also has a very lovely singing voice. She mostly sings to herself in private, but doesn't mind when the others are listening when they're nearby or in secret.  Pitch was the first to listen to her voice.

. When she became a spirit and was chosen as a Guardian, she was somewhere between her later teens and earlier twenties, so she was still young at the time. And so, that makes her eternally young now just like Jack. (Edit: She's eternally 19 years old.)

. Her signature shape is the sun itself and her signature color is orange.

. Her first name "Solina" happens to mean "Sunlight".

. Her sidekicks happen to be "fire" flies (No pun intended).

. Her palace is an abandoned roman temple in Spain since Spain is known to have those kind of temples. And it is located on a deserted island in the ocean, and it's supposed to closely resemble Tooth's palace in Southeast Asia.

. She's about 5"6" tall.

. She is one of those Guardians who doesn't have an accent. The others being Jack, Tooth, and Sandy (who doesn't really talk at all).

. Ever since before she was chosen and after falling down the cliff (something that happened in her backstory), she has been afraid of heights. Thankfully, the Guardians and even Pitch try and help her overcome it.

Backstory:
Before Solina became a spirit and a Guardian, she was a young girl who had always loved to take risks and go on reckless journeys. She used to live with her family back in the countryside. They worried deeply for her and just didn't want her to put herself in danger and wanted her to be more careful. Sometimes, she would rarely listen to them. She was a free spirited girl and nothing much scared her...except for one thing that would have her life changed forever.

. When they rushed over and tried pulling her up, the rocks of the cliff already started crumbling off thus making Solina lose her grip. The last thing she saw before plummeting to the hard ground far below was her family. When she landed, the impact broke her back, and everything in her sight went completely dark.

. Later that night, after regaining consciousness, Solina woke up on the ground after hearing a deep male voice calling her name. It was Manny, the Man in the Moon. He told her how much he admired her courage and free spirited personality and taking risks. He said that even though the children in the world have fear and anxiety, they have to take risks when they grow up, even in the most dangerous situations, to speak up for themselves, and to feel free with their lives as if that day was their last. Because on the other hand, they would feel restricted to themselves for the rest of their lives and won't come out of their shells unless they do something about it. They have to learn to be more determined and adventurous, no matter what.

. And so it was, that night, Solina had her appearance and life changed and became the Guardian of Bravery and Summer. And even Pitch is both surprised and yet impressed by how she's brave enough to approach and even touch him.     

. And eventually, Solina becomes the light to Pitch's darkness.
