Give me a suggestion for voice actress for Solina

...For me to use. Now I KNOW I have a good feeling about this next attempt (which I know really IS the last one) to see who will AT LAST be the voice of my "Rise of the Guardians" OC, Solina.

And (once again) this is what I imagine her to sound like:

. Young. Eternally young, that is. In fact, she's eternally 19 years old.

. Sings VERY beautifully.   

. She's adventurous, kind hearted, spirited, spunky, mature and quite adorable and sweet.  

. Doesn't have an accent, but can speak Spanish and Spanish words (sometimes).

. And also has a VERY cute sounding laugh and sneeze.  


So her voice actress must be a young Latina American (or at least a young American actress/singer who's fluent in Spanish) actress/singer.      

So who do you guys say that it should be?
