Give me a suggestion for a voice actress for Noel

...For me to use.  

Another one of my "Rise of the Guardians" OC's, Noel Saint North. Or you might also know her as Mrs. Claus. That means she's North's AKA Santa Claus's wife.   

And this how I imagine what she would sound like:

. She is very kind.

. And motherly.

. And has a very thick French accent.
