Future Disney Princesses: Eliza

Finally, I just started drawing the future Disney Princesses!      I am starting with Princess Eliza from "The Wild Swans".  I used red and brown colored pencils to make her hair look auburn.    After her, I'm going to draw the Japanese Disney Princess Kaguya from "The Moon Child".     


Name: Eliza.

Affiliations: Disney Princesses.

Age: 15.

Appearance: A beautiful young girl in her middle teen years with fair skin, short and wavy auburn hair, a slender body, heart shaped face and bright emerald green eyes.

Personality: Brave, bold, sweet, innocent, pure of heart, kind, caring, selfless, soft spoken (sometimes) honest, outspoken, progressive, down-to-earth, brilliant, passionate, charming, quirky, reliable, creative, friendly, stubborn (sometimes) imaginative, social, reliable, visionary, adventurous, dreamy, idealistic, original, curious.

Relatives: King Siegfried (father), Queen Josephina (deceased birth mother), Queen Lanira (step mother), Prince's Aaron, Ace, Elliot, Ivan, Irwin, Oliver, Orion, Uriel, Uberto, Yandel and Yael (brothers).

Pets: None.

Home: Her father's castle in Northern Denmark.

Allies: Fairy queen, King Clement.

Enemies: Queen Lanira, the archbishop, the executioner.

Partner(s): King Clement (husband).

Likes: Spending time with her father and brothers, singing, dancing, flying with her brothers, having adventures, King Clement and getting to know him better.

Dislikes: Her father worrying so much, her brothers being turned into swans, losing and being apart from her family, being neglected and framed by Queen Lanira, being accused as a witch, her family in danger.

Fate: Is proven innocent after freeing her brother's from Queen Lanira's evil spell and is later happily married to King Clement.

Trivia/Fun facts:

. Eliza was born on February 14th (Valentines Day).

. So that would make her zodiac an Aquarius (Jan. 22nd - Feb. 19th).

. Her name "Eliza" means "pledged to God" and "joyful" in Hebrew.

. Not only is she the only daughter of the family. Eliza was born after her third brother, Elliott. So that would make her the fourth and fourth oldest child of her family.

. She is 15 years old, so she's the second Disney Princess to be 15 years old. The first is Jasmine from "Aladdin". The third is Zabava from "Smile".

. She's the second Disney Princess to have bright emerald green eyes. The first is Rapunzel from "Tangled". The third is Zebava from "Smile".

. She's the first Disney Princess to have auburn (reddish brown) hair. The second one being Guinevere from "Camelot".

. And more so, she is the third Disney Princess to have a brown hair color. The first two being Belle from "Beauty & the Beast" and Rapunzel from "Tangled" (even though it was blonde throughout most of the movie before it was cut short). The fourth is Suri from "Once Upon A Mattress" and the fifth being Guinevere from "Camelot". And the sixth being Eileen from "The King of the Cats".

. She's also the third Disney Princess to have short hair. The first is Snow White from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and the second being Rapunzel (her hair get's cut short later on, as mentioned before) from "Tangled". 

. One of the many white flowers surrounding her and that was placed on her chest by King Darrius to revive her after she faint's is shortly turned into a necklace.

. Her movie "The Wild Swans" is based on the exact fairy tale of the same name.

. And the movie takes place in Denmark. So that would make Eliza the second Danish Disney Princess. The first being Ariel from "The Little Mermaid".

. She is the third Disney Princess to have an evil step mother. The first two are Snow White from "Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs" and Cinderella from "Cinderella".

. She is the second Disney Princess to have brothers. The first is Merida from "Brave". The third being Cleopatra from "De Nile".

. The first letters of Eliza's and each of her brothers names were inspired by the classic, old saying, "A, E, I, O, U and sometimes Y".

. The ages of Eliza and her brother from oldest to youngest are: Aaron (Age 18), Ace (Age 17), Elliott (Age 16), Eliza (Age 15), Ivan (Age 14), Irwin (Age 13), Oliver (Age 12), Orion (Age 11), Uriel (Age 10), Uberto (Age 9), Yandel (Age 8) and Yuriel (Age 7).
