EE Quest: Winter glow

Digging through some books about legends recently, a particular legend perked Phoebe’s interest. According to the book, deep within various forests, magical creatures would create various separate patches of white flowers that when cold enough would start to glow softly. It is said the magical creatures created them as a way to guide or offer light to lost travellers who would adventure too deep into forests at night. They have no apparent value and are often confused with snow as these small white flowers only bloom with the cold (consequently, in winter). That is the only description: Small white flowers, usually together in patches deep within forests, marking a path or a safe location at night with their soft glow. Would the Flan Forest have this flower??

“I couldn’t help but wonder.. it seems that the patches are supposedly small and scattered, so if you’re interested as well, could you lend a hand?~”

Possible locations mentioned were: near trees, cave entrances (inside the cave a few as well), over or around rocks, near rivers.
