Nice shot! :) You should use a higher aperture, like F11 or F16, in my case sometimes (most of them) i use F22~F32, but using such aperture reduces sharpness, couse you loses the "optimal point" of the lens, it is usally F11~16 :)

and also, External flash is essencial! :)
