I am astounded that one of your entries didn't make it in the contest. I was less than thrilled with the entries that were picked. I didn't feel like the ones that one had a commercial interest for skins to be sold..... but then whenever I see the T-Shirts offered by dA I cannot imagine anyone wanting one of those, either.

Thank you so very much! I too was kind of astounded at the semi finalists, ((except for Randy's fission1's fractal which ended up taking 3rd...I was so proud of him..))But for once I think people won that were not in the top 20 of the most popular and that was good. I wish I could have been in the semi finals and won, but them's the breaks..lol.. maybe next time..

The Fractal was quite nice. But the overall choices on the semi-finalists just didn't seem like viable skins to offer for sale. For the size of the prizes, which were immense, I would think that a sizable profit should be made on the skins offered for sale. I just adored your entries and the entry of another friend of mine, which I thought should have placed, [link] just because it seemed so fitting to students.
