Redemption

EDIT: As per a suggestion, I made a slight change with the textures and how they interact with the Starlight on the left, and I think it looks a lot better.


I'm calling this done. It looks just a little too empty, but anything added in would be too much... Also, I was going to experiment more with color, as I've noticed I rarely use strong color contrasts, but nothing looked good, and so I ended up with yet another purple color scheme. I think you can tell what my favorite color is.

I was inspired to make this partially from DRWolf's video with her here.

That video really made me realize how similar Starlight Glimmer and I are, where we both have done things we regret, and we can be afraid to open up to others, in fear of judgement, or a fear of the friendship not working out.

As a part of
Starlight Glimmer by is super cute! I love the style Starlight was drawn in, and I love how well all of the colors and textures work together to create an almost calming effect. 

And as a bonus (because I couldn't decide between the two), there's Like a Star Burst by , which is also super adorable! I love the style Starlight and Sunburst were drawn in, and I love the little hearts in their eyes.
