Ever since the first preview of Ducktales hit YouTube, I have seen so many comments saying "TAKE NOTES CARTOON NETWORK". And after the hour-long first episode premiered, it's practically become a meme. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php…

Well, I tend to EXPLOIT that meme by making this which involves a character from the GOOD SHOWS we were blessed with. Shows that don't just focus on the kids, but focus on ALL AGES. From Deviantart to YouTube to Tumblr, these shows have been amounted to being the absolute best among most of their animated rivals. They've taught us lessons, family values, how to deal with our world when there are bad people in it...

...and what did the 2016 Powerpuff Girls reboot taught us? Fucking twerk like it's going to save the world. :iconnogustaplz:

Look, I may never be given the chance to work at Cartoon Network EVER. But you know what? I'd rather just do my own thing with little recognition than be forced to do what they did to PPG, Teen Titans, and Ben 10 (FUCKING KILL THAT ONE WITH FIRE). What's next, they gonna "reboot" Ed, Edd n' Eddy? (THEY BETTER NOT!) OK KO Let's Be Heroes has to be CN's best idea in a LONG TIME.

Anyway, I'm proud of this piece, just as I am proud that Ducktales is going to bring our childhood back, better than ever before! :w00t:

*Also, apologies for my language. It's just for this summary (and because Camp Camp doesn't sensor their swearing and adding Max in this should make my swears here an exception. :XD:)

Louie from 2017 Ducktales
Commander Peepers from Wander Over Yonder
Lisa Loud from The Loud House
Max from Camp Camp
Robin from the original Teen Titans series
Samurai Jack
Enid from OK KO Let's be Heroes!

The twerking scene was anti-twerking though, surely?  I'm not saying it was a good thing to do, but am I the only one who feels like they were mocking twerking?

I mean... has any show ever shown twerking as a good thing?  It always seems to be about it being bad.

Please tell me what side you would put the 2015 version of the Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon at Nickelodeon on: The side that Cartoon Network needs to learn from when doing a reboot correctly, or the same side with Cartoon Network where it needs to take lessons from shows like DuckTales (2017) in terms of doing a reboot correctly.

Oh, definitely the side in which Ducktales is on. That so-called "chipmunks" series is an abomination...like Sam and Cat.

You mean you didn't like the 2015 Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon? Please tell me what you did or didn't like about the Nickelodeon version of the Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon. Please give out your thoughts on the upcoming Rugrats reboot on Nickelodeon as well.

First off, they don't look like chipmunks. They look like something the people of Foodfight could have come up with. Second, I just hate the bland characters, the mean-spiritedness, and just how much the series sucks. As for the Rugrats reboot, it depends. I haven't seen anything about it yet.

The 2011 Thundercats cartoon is SO much better than this upcoming piece of s*** of a reboot. I don't know why it got cancelled in the first place.

I know, lately also in some series and modern reboots began to use this style of art called "CarlArts"

But still, ¿Why did they make a reboot of ThunderCats?

Don't complain. In my country 80% of live action movie adaptation of french/belgian comics are total garbage. The 20% are separated between decent, okay occasionaly good.

You want Cartoon Network to cancel more shows after only 2 seasons?

Agreed, especially after the Teen Titans season 6 was an April Fools hoax. Fuck. Them. ><

The Teen Titans Season 6 hoax was not CN'S fault. The hoax actually originated from an ideas wiki article that was first created in 2015. People would later tale that article out of context and fool a lot of people. So, it had nothing to do with CN themselves.

I understand what you mean, in these years the shows of cartoon network no longer have the quality they used to have, now the only thing they do are pathetic reboots and boring series, TTG and the reboot of PPG are the worst series of the channel, Ben 10 started as a good series but over time it was ruined, now there are very few series that I like, for example Gumball, Regular Show, OK.KO and SU to name a few, but before there were many more and I think some should return but not as reboots, but like new seasons and with the quality of the originals, personally I would like to see new seasons of Ed, Edd and Eddy or Megas XLR to name a few, those if they were good series, but that's just my opinion
