Pouty Candace is Pouty

As I thought about what Remy from Street Fighter would look like in a Phineas and Ferb sort of style, I started thinking about this girl, for some reason.  I know they look nothing alike, but I guess it's the turquoise-haired fighter's skinny figure that brought me to her.  It's there that I started imagining what this girl would look like with said fighter's look.  I know Remy's shoes are actually supposed to be high heels, but I didn't feel like altering the right one's feet, so yeah. (This girl doesn't belong to me, but this drawing does.)
