Desperate to Please

My theory on how this goth/punk dog became a D.O.O.M. member. Being a pit bull with a dark, rebellious fashion sense, he probably had a bad reputation. But since he is still a dog, nonetheless, it's very likely that he wants to please the one whom he believes is his "master". Presumably, he joined a villain agency, namely D.O.O.M., to be accepted for who he is, and had to commit a crime to become an official member.
