This is my entry for the Pacific Rim Contest. My Jaeger is made out of solid blue rock (pohaku is Hawaiian for rock), which is one of the hardest types of rock found on the islands. The fists are controlled by cables and pack a wallop when fighting kaiju. Pohaku travels by tank treads. I didn't have access to any construction equipment so I had to hid that portion of Pohaku. All these photos were taken by me and then manipulated in Clip Studio Paint. The background photo was taken a few years ago from Jagger Museum of Halemaumau Crater on the Big Island of Hawaii.

It’s so creative! I wouldn’t have thought to take photos and then manipulate them into a certain way.
