Goth ghost

This was supposed be for @DariaTheDaemoness’s IZ AU but decided leave him out in exchange for the Gothite. This species role is spreading chaos and destruction and is sort of the pyro of the E.A.E’s mercenaries but instead of a flamethrower it’s an obliteration beam.
