Shocktober 2026 is the first ever Halloween event on the CarrotCrazedManiac DeviantArt page! Considering that it's going to be Halloween soon, what better to bring on the spookiness than some MONSTERS ON THE LOOSE! Throughout October, you'll find Halloween art pieces on there occasionally & some spooky posts all the way! What will change, exactly?
The profile picture & banner of this DeviantArt page of course! Teaser banner & profile will appear on this website - immediately - on Thursday 24th September and will only last a week. Once October falls, a week later, the main images will be ready for decorating this page on Thursday October 1st!

What inspired you to do this?
The new Shaun The Sheep movie, The Beast Of Mossy Bottom. It's a really good film and the song in it served as another source of inspiration, because when I listened to Monster by The Automatic, I would often think of the many, MANY monsters in media. So, there it is.

Any of my favourites. The Were-Rabbit is one of them. A misunderstood beast who loves to devour your vegetables, wherever they are. He appears in Wallace & Gromit: The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit, his design is cool and also f***in adorable at the same time. The Werehog is a good one too.

Well... yes. Do feel free to draw some fanart with #Shocktober2026. Fanart gives me support to keep me afloat for the entire event & beyond.
Anything you'd do with Bomb Boy during Shocktober 2026?
New variants, new costumes or new art! But with Shocktober, comes the return of the Were-Bomb, a creature too absurd for most people & a lunar lunatic that may eat other bombs for a living... or other things. Were-Bombs are THE pests of the night in Bomb Boy's world.
