I love the idea that you had the woman go into the aztec relief on the bottom. Very cool storytelling element there. I will say that the water that you have her dropped in looks a bit furish (not real word). The feathering you have in the water makes me think of fur or hair instead of water. In panels one two and three I like the action of the drop and swim. Yet, there is not a lot of bubbles in the water as she falls from air into water. Looking at pictures of diving will have you see that the water curns with airbubbles around them as they enter. Love the lady though. Very nice work on her. Looking at the page again, I have a bit of confusion with the top for panels and the bottom panels. I don't know if the bottom is a border or part of the picture. It almost looks as if the aztec motif is part of what is going on. If you were going for the motif to be a boarder then maybe including the stonework in the relief might have helped. If the motif was not part of the panels above then the story flows nicely. Keep up the great work Carli! The page looks great, just nit picking.
