The Right to Conspire

Originally drawn December 25, 2018. I think I was trying to make a 'promotional poster' kind of thing with this. This is clearly experimental, and I don't think I actually intended to finish or post it. I hadn't come up with the name Locals Only yet, so I was trying out a few different titles. I'm glad this one didn't stick. At this point I was barely beginning to develop the teenage characters and their side of things, so the story more centered on these four and the organized crime that Richard and Nancy were behind.
