Description
Shubie is a strange creature. When I first came up with her, I didn’t have a name in mind, just referring to her as “Big Eyebrows Girl”. She wasn’t even part of Locals Only yet, she was just a character I would draw. Eventually I came up with the name Shubie (derived from Shoobie-Doo-Wop), and when I integrated her into Locals Only I decided her real name was Shelby, but she goes by Shubie as a nickname.
