Despite what it seems this was not whiny crybaby vent art. For a time, I had this idea to make drawings based off of old songs that I used as inspiration for building the setting of Locals Only, in this instance, the Hank Williams song of the same name. I didn’t date this one, but it was probably from late October or early November of 2018.
