Personality

Lynn embodies the contentment of a life well-lived. She’s an accomplished mother, having successfully reared six children, and now being in a stage of life where she can simply lay back, and do the things she enjoys. Lynn’s pastimes include sewing, painting, and most importantly, cooking. She has a special affinity for the culinary arts, and still has a need to put her skills to use. Once her fifth child had come of age and left home, she was only left with two people to cook for; her youngest daughter Shubie, and her husband Richard. Figuring this wasn’t nearly enough, she found employment at her husband’s diner as the main cook. There she can be happy feeding more mouths than she could ever have dreamed of, and getting to meet all manner of lovely people. It’s hard to find someone who has a problem with Lynn; most anyone who knows her would confirm what a joy the bubbly chef is to be around. She is exceptionally amiable, genial, and outgoing. Though, that doesn’t mean she is without faults of course. Years of being pampered by her wealthy husband has left her soft and docile. Her naivety and lack of awareness can lead her to overlook obvious details or fail to see underlying truths. This makes her vulnerable to manipulation and deceit, as she tends to view the world with an innocent and trusting perspective. She truly sees the good in everyone, a trait that has rendered her unable to realize that her own husband who she has known for nearly thirty years is a crime lord. Even if all the evidence was presented in front of her, her genuine and trusting nature would lead to her ultimate refusal in accepting the truth, and going about as normal.

Biography

Lynn was born to a farming family, and spent her teenage years carefree. She enjoyed the fashion trends of the late 1920s and early 1930s, often going to parties and events dressed in the popular style. She met Richard in 1928, and they soon got married. Over the course of their 27-year long marriage, Lynn has had six children, and has devoted her life to them. As they grew up and moved out, a hole was left in her life, one which has since been filled by her employment at Richard's Diner. Here she balances being the head chef and raising her youngest daughter, Shubie. Lynn gets along with everyone thanks to her kind and approachable nature. She is good friends with coworkers Rosa Lee Parish and Susan Meilleur, as well as tailor Gale Mayfield. When off the clock, she enjoys having tea next door with her friends at The Wheel Café. Generous as she is wealthy, Lynn typically always picks up the tab.

Lynn drives a pale pink 1955 Cadillac Eldorado convertible. She is a notoriously poor driver, and has a bumper sticker which reads "SPOILED BY MY HUBBY".

Lynn is 5'6", and fat. Her hair is light brown, and she has orange fur with a white muzzle. Her eyes are green, and she enjoys dressing up. She has many carefully assembled outfits, but while at work she wears a modest pink blouse, purple skirt, and white apron. Her hair is very long, but when working she wears it knotted up in a bun.

Skills and Abilities

Lynn is a talented cook, and also enjoys gardening in her free-time at her lavish home in Cedarside. She is cheerful, sweet, protective, and tries her best to be open-minded. Lynn is also very confident, and is not at all ashamed of her appearance or style. She is truly defined by her contentedness, and any negative attention or insults she might recieve (on the rare occasion that could happen) is simply brushed off without a second thought.

Weaknesses

Lynn's contentedness has led her to be willfully naive, always giving her husband the benefit of the doubt, and never assuming the worst. She has a hard time understanding foreign concepts, though she always tries her best. Despite her interest in fashion, she is somewhat behind the times. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, and can be seen as her just being herself.
