I have no clue why I put this one off for so long. Back when I was expanding the cast of characters for different groups a little while ago, this guy was gonna be one of the new police characters. He’s the detective, and John’s rival. He’s also the son of the town’s beloved previous detective, and arguably only has the job because he’s related. I thought it would be neat to have John’s rival be this smooth, idealized and handsome horse character to juxtapose John’s own…abrasive appearance. I mean, between the two which one would you trust to solve a case? Probably not the scraggly, unshaven rookie that still lives with his parents.
