Personality 

Darcy is a longtime friend of Lorraine and Ruby, and is strong-willed and independent, maintaining her own identity despite being part of her wealthier friends' circle. Out of the two, she is the least well-off, and has more in common with her middle class peers. Because of this she is sometimes subject to teasing from her friends, of which she is unfazed. Her stubbornness and independent nature makes her resistant to others' opinions, although she tends to align with her friends' viewpoints most of the time. As you might expect, Darcy doesn't like to be told what to do, or listen to others if it conflicts with her interests, and she prefers to come to her own conclusions. She is easily the most intimidating of the trio, and is more than willing to torment others, targeting deeply personal issues and insecurities. This is mostly reserved for other girls however, as she actually has an attraction for the likes of Toby, Rob, and even Gabe. Despite her intimidating demeanor, Darcy does possess a playful and cheeky side. Darcy's willingness to challenge authority and her refusal to conform demonstrate a strong sense of self-confidence and a desire to maintain her individuality within her social group, although it can cause tension as well.

Biography

Darcy met Lorraine and Ruby at softball tryouts when they were all five years old. They all used to live on the same street as well, until Lorraine moved to a newer neighborhood. While Darcy's friends took on the more aristocratic dispositions of their parents, Darcy's parents were never like this, so she developed a more down-to-earth personality. Her parents were originally farmers, and they moved to their present home when it was built in 1940.

Appearance

Darcy is a chubby gray fox, standing in at 5'5". She wears her red hair in a large bun tied up with a gold bow, and has brown eyes. Compared to her friends, Darcy dresses more casually; her most common outfit outside of school is a light blue and pink plaid flannel, untucked and with the sleeves rolled up, pink pants with the legs rolled up, and light blue sneakers. Her fur is mostly warm grey, with bits of white, red, and dark gray along her forearms, face, and tail.
