Chasing Trains Pg. 19

The last page, which I never finished. I didn’t ever create an outline for this story, so I was just kind of winging it, and I couldn’t decide where I wanted it to go next outside of a vague idea of where it should go. The development of this story is honestly more interesting to me than the end result itself. While this ended up being a cartoony chase story about a fat guy trying to get the deed to his property back, the original concepts I had for this leaned a lot further into fantasy. The world that Kole lived in would’ve been post apocalyptic and hostile, the world largely abandoned and overgrown. I still have a good amount of concept art from this stage of development and it’s interesting to think of what it might’ve been. It wouldn’t have been any better of course, but still.
