Personality

Bruce is Annie’s older brother, and an employee of Moore's Garage. He graduated the year prior from St. Thomas, where he was something of a wise mentor figure to Toby, Mike, and Gabe. In fact, it was through Bruce that Toby met Annie. Now a young adult, Bruce is on his own, and rarely sees Toby, Mike, or Gabe anymore. He's still sought after for advice, which he's nonetheless happy to give. Bruce is a bit of a loner, and values the time he gets to himself, since so much of his time is spent working, or taking care of other responsibilities. He takes meticulous attention to detail, and though he doesn't own many possessions, he takes immense pride in what he's been able to get for himself. Bruce’s girlfriend, Alice, admires this about him, though what she appreciates most is having an impartial individual to complain about her friends to. He tries his best to understand, but it’s not always easy with Alice. Bruce is very tidy, and dislikes getting dirty, something he has to deal with anyway working at the garage. He never complains, though, only grumbles.

Biography

During his teenage years, Bruce was a rebellious troublemaker. He was a longtime friend of Chris Kranz, and a member of the Royals. He, along with Ronnie and Roger would spend their time hanging out and going on late night missions to commit childish pranks around town. The group went too far one night however when a joke went wrong, resulting in possible jailtime. In the end, Bruce chose self-preservation and betrayed his friends. His father, who was never happy with the crowd his son hung around anyway gave Bruce an ultimatum: either go to juvenile detention, or spend the rest of the year in boot camp at Fort Wagner. Choosing Fort Wagner, Bruce left home a rebel and came back a well-mannered cadet. This set him on the right course, and he now lives in an apartment above the drug store, planning for the future.

Bruce drives a white 1940 Chevrolet Coupe.

Appearance

Bruce is 5'8", and thin. He has short brown hair that is combed to the side. He has orange and white fur, and brown eyes. Bruce dresses smartly, wearing a tan wool sweater with stripes over a light blue button up, brown pants, and black shoes. While at work, he wears dark blue coveralls and work boots.

Skills and Abilities

Bruce is well organized, neat, and responsible. He's proactive, and keeps to a strict schedule. He's got his life in control, and is saving for a house. Able to handle himself, Bruce more than willing to get into a scrap with his ex-friends whenever they meet on bad terms, or to defend someone else. Bruce is rational and level-headed, and usually plays the straight man to everyone’s antics.

Weaknesses

Bruce prioritizes his schedule over social engagements, which can lead to annoyance, especially with the self-important Alice. Bruce tries to be fair, but he can lose his patience quickly. While he's no coward, Bruce is afraid of the Royals, Chris in particular, and he fears what he might do to get revenge for what happened, and when. He knows Chris well enough to that it's an inevitability that Chris will act, and possibly soon.
