Geez, can't you just like both of them?
Apart from the description, nice job, I really love this picture.

Nice, I wish I could draw something like that.
I personally prefer her pirouette forme, I like how she looks and that it's basically her forme to fight. Aria is elegant and calm, pirouette is strong and active.

I kinda wish she was more viable. If she could stay the forme she ended the battle with, I think she'd already be better since the pirouette forme's speed is great and that would save you a turn of transforming into it. And giving her more fighting (kicking moves maybe, a dancer should be able to kick) and dancing (sword dance, 1 or 2 would probably 1-shot everything. Quiver dance would make the Aria forme stronger) moves would make her pirouette forme strong.
And Aria should get an ability that makes singing moves never miss, her voice is too beautiful not to hear it.

I dunno why I talked so much, I guess I like Pokémon so much that I can talk about it so much, especially if I like the Pokémon.

Haha, you're very opinionated about Meloetta!  I guess you make some pretty good points.  I mean, I've hardly ever used Meloetta in battle, so that kinda speaks for itself about her viability.

Anyways, I think that eventually you could draw something even better than this!  Just keep practicing and learning new things little by little.  Compare your new drawings to your old ones and you'll see just how far you've come.

Yep, if I like a Pokémon, I can talk a lot about it. I think a lot of Pokémon deserve some changes to make them overall beter, maybe that would finally change the meta (all competitive teams are basically the same, so boring).

I have practiced a bit over time and I know I've improved a lot compared to my first drawing I posted on Miiverse (remember that? Oh the good old days). I do need to practice shading more since I'm never proud with how I shade.
It's just that I lack good drawing tools and such. Pokémon Art Academy is decent but not great but it's my only way to draw on a touchscreen. And drawing tablets ain't cheap. FireAlpaca is a pretty good free drawing software that works on both PC and tablets but drawing with a mouse is a lot harder (but do-able with enough patience) than with a touchscreen.

I use a free program called Krita.  It's pretty good, so maybe you'd like it too?  Also, I've only had a screen drawing tablet for like a week.  Up until now, I've been drawing on a wacom intuos.  It's rudimentary, but it gets the job done and is a heck of a lot more affordable than most tablets.  I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get into digital art.  Also, if you're drawing on 3ds, maybe give "colors 3D" a go?  It's simple and I'm not sure how it compares to pokemon, but I used it for like four years, so it's pretty good.
Take all this with a grain of salt though cause like you've probably heard, your tool quality doesn't make you a better artist.  Only practice and experience can do that!  Make sure you focus on the fundamentals first, like forms, composition, anatomy, and so on.  You can be the world's best shader, but it won't matter if you don't have the fundamentals down.  Once you do though, you can use higher quality tools to help make work faster.  Don't worry if you can't get stuff like a tablet yet.  I still draw with a #2 pencil everyday!

Also, rip miiverse.

I've seen Krita before, when I was seeking for art programs on my laptop. Though soon after I found that, an artist that I like said she uses FiraAlpaca so I downloaded that. I'll give it a shot and see which one's better.
True, ya can't do advanced stuff if you don't know the basics.
Thanks for the advice though.
