[WARNING] Phishing/Scam DM Alert: Highlander0331
I'm posting this to warn everyone about a suspicious user, Highlander0331, sending out phishing DMs.
The DM looks like this:
"Hey, just checking up. Did you purchase DA core plan? Have you been spamming links lately?"
This is a classic phishing tactic used to scare users into clicking malicious links or providing account details. This user is NOT a DeviantArt staff member.
What you should do:
DO NOT click any links sent by this user. They likely lead to a fake login page designed to steal your account.
Block and Report the profile immediately.
Ignore the message. DA staff will never use private DMs to ask about your Core plan or "spamming" issues in this manner.
Please stay safe and keep your account secure by enabling 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). Don't let these scammers get to you!
