The light from the setting sun behind me lights up storm clouds that just passed.

Missed the best of this sky display. I couldn't get my camera quick enough. 12 shot panorama. Canon 50mm F/1.8 vertical shooting.

The colours are great!
But the textures of the clouds working with the landscape, make the central cloud appear to be popping out of my screen.

Great job as usual Greg!

I hear we have been getting some of them, and some swinging around. But I'm actually living on the Gold Coast at the moment for work, still getting plenty of storms though. Just been hearing about how cool it has been down there for this time of year, seems like some strange weather all round.

Sweet! Love those kinds of skies, Greg :clap:They kind of make you forget 'self' for a bit, don't they? Wonderful panorama! The best part, for me anyway, is the mammatus to the right

Awesome. With the upper-right mammatus, it's just crazy!

I don't know why, but I keep on whistling A Fistfull of Dollars theme song while I look at this picture... :P

Woah....

Goddamn thats some fearsome looking sky! It looks like its almost forming mammatus (or whatever) clouds on the right side there. Stunning colours and a great composition.

I'm such a sucker for stormy skies :D

Looks like some kind of sandstorm incoming. Not that I know how a sandstorm incoming would look like in real life.
