Halloween Troops Admiral

I hate to tell this to my poor twin brother... but... ummm you went drinking and they kind of wrote on your face when you reported for work. I guess it blends into the protections sigils on your temples but... wipe that sh*t off! The Air force admiral called and says there needs to be a few changes to the costume (since you never answer calls after a bender here is a note).
