Commander A (Earth-ARV813)

In the early 25th century, the government of the United States of America reactivating the centuries old Project Rebirth to anticipate the potential threats from HYDRA, led by the Red Prophet. Named Project RENATUS by SHIELD, the Government took a radical approach: to produce mass super-soldiers with a combination of genetic engineering and mechanical augmentation.

Of course, this Project was incredibly risky; very few people have ever survived such kind of augmentation, as the excruciating pain resulted from the augmentation could also led to physiological stress that could produce cardiac arrest, in addition to cross-chemical complications that can result in augmentation failure. One of the most successful candidates of the Project RENATUS augmentation was, in fact, Kiyoshi Morales.

Being born of Latino, African American, Japanese, and Native American descent, Kiyoshi Morales received rigorous training by both SHIELD and US Army since the age of 14. Since late childhood, Kiyoshi already exhibited excellent strength and durability, alongside strategies and tactics. Kiyoshi was considered to be a "national asset" by the US Government, where he was eventually given an exoskeleton armor by Stark Industries and was christened as Commander A.

As Commander A, Kiyoshi led his country into several victories against HYDRA. As battle hardened he is, he was well respected by his most trusted ally, Admiral Shabazz (the descendant of Isaiah Bradley) of the US Navy, and also by the people of the US. Despite suffering casualties from the war, thanks to them, the United States is now free from HYDRA's threat... for now.

AUTHOR'S NOTES:
Another underrated Captain America variant to be introduced here is Kiyoshi Morales aka Commander A. Basically, he's hella fun to redesign, ever since he reminded me a lot to Master Chief (John-117) from Halo series. And to be honest, not to mention his size against the other Cap variants too; he's really as big as Master Chief!

And that's why he's my primary inspiration for Earth-ARV83's design on Commander A. I wanted to make him as someone who really got originated from the 25th century (well, most Halo events, if you exclude some the books' lore including the Interplanetary War, occurred in the 26th century, so I guess that's not too far fetched), and because of this, I took many inspirations from Halo: Infinite version of John-117 aka Master Chief (lore wise, it's GEN3 MJOLNIR Mark VI armor; I used his Fortnite render for the pose LMAO), but with the helmet of Jameson Locke from Halo 5 (no kidding, it's the same actor as MCU Luke Cage!). Decided to keep the Commander A's colour schemes here. I've also put his height difference compared to Earth-ARV41 Steve Rogers there; so, he is still significantly bigger than Steve. Also decided to take many cues from Halo games regarding the lore of Earth-ARV813.

This makes me wonder how would the Earth-ARV813 version of Iron Man look like. Maybe something close to Operation: Firepower from Ultimate Armor Wars (link here), or maybe, one of the concept arts for Master Chief from Halo Wars 2 (although, to be honest, this one fits more for Earth-ARV813 War Machine, I think). I dunno, I thought I wanna do this in regards for the upcoming release of Halo: Campaign Evolved game, I guess.

And yes, RENATUS is a Latin word for REBIRTH!
