Underwater

I was going at first with a character completely different (looks like Isabella from Encanto and the DreamGirl, but as a superhero, but I wasn't feeling it at all.  The pose was cool as fuck, so I didn't want to give up on it either.  So I drew them instead, and I am really satisfied.  They rock the Mowgli pants underwater, and I imagine that one the surface they convert it back into a skirt.

Really big improvement since the last time I drew an underwater theme. _〆(´Д｀ )
