Hey everyone it is with a heavy heart that today I have canceled my Core Membership with Deviant Art. I have had my artwork removed by an angry troll, I would have hoped Deviant Art would have seen the error in this since they did this to my work once before. I gave them 48 hours to return my Lady Death art work to the gallery they were placed in. I have heard nothing and they do not seem to care.

Censorship is a morally repugnant word in a free and open society. This art removal under claims of copyright infringement represents a new form of Censorship hiding behind Copyright laws.

In particular since the subject matter in question can be seen on other accounts, why was mine and others like me targeted for removal?

I have today canceled my Core membership, I will not allow my hard earned money to be use to censor me and others like me. In other words I'm not gonna pay to be abused by Deviant Art Admins with an ax to grind. Since this makes the second time my work has been pulled down by DA admins, I will never spend another dime on core membership or any other membership to this site. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me

Going forward in to the New Year, I will still post my work here as long as the free account allows. But in all honesty I am considering a move off site to my own Website were my portfolio can be accessed and displayed with out third party interference. Maybe even perhaps it is time as a community of artist to build our own "platform" as competition to DA, where our works can flourish.

Notice to DeviantArt Admins:

I have had 11 of my Fan Art removed by you for supposed copyright infringement.

These 11 pieces are fan art and not my original Intellectual property, that is why it is Fan Art under fair use.

I make no monetary gains from them and at no time have I claimed it was my original IP.

They have been tagged as fan art so I am confused as to why they were copyright struck to begin with.

I will do as your email asks and remove my fan art. However make no mistake this is not a victory for you. You have 48 hours to put my fan art back or I will cancel my core membership, with the solemn promise to never give you a dime of my money ever again.

I am several days from renewal, and this sudden copyright strike has me very concerned, that censorship is seeping into this platform and I will not pay for your censorship with my hard earned money. This is not the first time you have pulled my work on me, I will not stand for it again.

I have lots of original concepts that I can post that are my Intellectual property, and I can take that to another platform and cut you out completely. I have a small but loyal fan following on Rumble. If I am forced to cancel my Core membership, I will take to my Rumble channel and inform my followers that I'm abandoning DeviantArt.

I apologize for being late but I needed time to process the news, last week was a very emotional week for me. It started last Monday with a death in the family, by Wednesday when I was getting ready for a funeral the following day, Charlie Kirk was slain by a Queer Trans-activist furry. It is taking a lot of self control to prevent me from saying or doing something drastic.

Going forward I will no longer accept viewers with They/Them pronouns. Un-follow me now, you bastards shot a good man, in front of his wife and kids. Get lost I'm no longer going to placate mental illness. Take your trans queer flag shit and burn in hell. Also I will not do any request for, Queers, Trannies, or any of their allies.

I realize this is a drastic move on my part, I just reached 300 followers and was considering a celebration, I can not in good faith celebrate. Last weeks events have taken an emotional toll on me. I realize I'll be loosing followers, it doesn't matter any more.
