History
Bred by White Blood Stables, Roller joined Fox Harbor Farms as a weanling. She showed immense aptitude not only over grass but as a sprinter and it earned her a lovely Breeders Cup Championship. She's talented, and did well on dirt, but showed she was truly talented on turf. Unfortunately the transition was made quite late, and while she was sound she developed a cough just before her second go at the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint and was retired to brood.
Temperament
Roller originally was a very shy filly, coming to the farm with a colt named WBS Lightning Strikes. Training them both together proved that she was the better of the two of them, and while she was skittish she eventually began to overcome it as she got older. Still she isn't a huge fan of interacting with other horses, other than Striker, but tolerates her own foals and the other broodmares.
