Description
Nysh had shipped to Saratoga alongside Brogues, but the mare was still acting strangely so Waylon had told Cecily to take her out while the other horses were working and let her feel her oats. For a while she just stood out there, ears pricked up and eyes watching the other horses, steady as a rock. Cecily talked softly to her, even while her stablemate Brogues breezed, she just stood and Cecily just waited.
As the sun began to rise Cecily urged Nysh forward, urged her mount onto the track and then pushed her to work. Nysh finally took to the track like she'd shown them before. Overtaking the ground and putting up a relatively easy workout. After her cool down Cecily took her back to the sidelines and let the mare watch some more, whatever had been going on with Nysh seemed to have resolved itself...at least for now.
