Story:

Cecily was leaning against the stall Leche was in sighing softly, she was doing something today she hadn't done for a while and though she was excited about it she was also very nervous. The stallion inside the stall poked his head out and nibbled on her jacket which made her laugh. "Oh Leche, are you sure you're ready for this?" Snorting he tugged at her arm before reaching up to nibble on her hair. Unlike his fiery tempered sire, Leche was fairly docile but extremely opinionated.

White Blood Stables had been fabulous to them and because of that Waylon had urged Cecily to enter Leche in their show jumping competition to end the year in royal style. She'd only been able to do a few of them this year because the racing side had taken most of her attention, but each time they'd competed they'd gotten better and better. The last time out they took their first higher level placement and Cecily felt like the two of them were really just starting to bond.

Taking a deep breath she sighed again and then turned to rub his forehead, "Alright boy. Time to get you ready. We have a competition to compete in." She grinned and kissed his forehead before beginning to tack him up. Once they were both in full show jumping material she mounted Leche and headed towards the arena, he was calm under her but when he saw the jumps he started a slightly bouncing gait. Laughing she just patted his neck, "Good boy it's just about time."

They waited until their turn and Cecily had to admire the mountains in the background, this area was completely stunning and she couldn't wait to see more of it. That's when their number was called it was time to go. She warmed Leche up to the first jump as she always did and the little stallion soared over it with ease, she just hoped that he'd continue and they'd show well today!
