The team had some aggressive National Hunt dreams this season, from starting their prized flat racing stallion to getting their wonder pony out there and every sort of thing in between that they could think of. National Hunt was becoming quite the favored older horse discipline and they had a new string of hunters ready to run...but first up? The beautiful Sundays, Nichi and Leche were both entered under the Jones siblings as their jockeys in the Prix du St. George. In training Leche had taken it like he'd taken anything else, he was calm and collected and just as competitive as his sire. Without the foul temper to go with it. And Nichi? Well...he was confused at first of what was being asked of him, but soon enough he started to understand the importance of being collected up and waiting for his jumps. And when they felt like the great stallion was ready...well they entered him in the first race they could.

He'd proven to not have lost an ounce of his competitive drive...which was incredibly fun when he was racing against his son, the two drove each other on, though Nichi was the aggressor and Leche was the consistent thorn in his side. Though his son was smaller, he was lighter on his hooves and while he worked harder to keep up it was obvious the training he'd been doing had been good for the little pony that could...only time would tell if they'd be good hunt horses. But right now flying side by side well...it felt pretty darn good to the Jones'.
