Cichlid gave a huff, the older stallion had been stuck within the place he had stopped earlier — the young bachelor that tagged along with him had been insistent they stayed for longer than a full moon cycle. Something about the current weather ruining his coat, whatever that means to the younger. Cichlid could care less really, his own coat caked with dirt and mud, rough and scruffy from life in the valley. He even had a moustache, coarse hairs decorating his snout and providing extra protection to the skin there.
