FHF Fight Song
"Fighter"
2013 Black Frame Overo Thoroughbred Stallion
(Ee aa Gg Oo) | 16.2 hh
Racey Remarque* x Miss Spell Daun*
"A good horse makes short miles" George Elliot
History
Fighter was an auction purchase as a 2YO in training, he was sharp and a bit snappy. Putting him back in training and deciding to wait until he was a 3YO was the best thing they did, well that and finally realizing that he hated dirt and was a sharp turf runner. Despite that once he got on the green stuff he never came off, getting more stamps in his passport than any other horse in the barn. Traveling all corners of the world, and winning over most of the best turf tracks he touched, Fighter is forever one of the better additions that they didn't breed.
Temperament
Much like his name implies, Fighter has an attitude. Known to bite anyone in closer quarters to him, he also has no tolerance for small animals of any type and thus has never had a companion. Despite that he's push button for his jockey, he gives it his all no matter what the outcome and will do anything asked of him at every turn.
Conformation
Conformationaly speaking, he's a butt his face. With an odd blocky dished head on an overly thin neck. Despite that he's got a stunning body, good leg and bone, a great hip, and everything you could ask for in a distance horse.
