Hello! Yuukon here, and welcome to Feedback Weekend!
During previous Feedback Weekend I was assisted by B0nkers in an article that discussed how one can give feedback, today, we're on the opposite end of the spectrum: receiving it!
Before we kick off on this article, I want to do a small recap of some of the terms we used last time that will be coming back in this article.
Critique is a critical review, discussion or commentary of a specified topic.
Criticism is to judge, to find faults without providing ways to overcome those setbacks of a specified topic. 

Critique is positive, looks at structure, finds what's working, highlights honestly and objectively, is positive even about what isn't working in the artwork, is concrete and specific, addresses only what is provided not what isn’t.

Hit by a car, Fired, Toothless + Sued

I would apologize for my absence I was simply too busy with life for Deviant Art this past year.

But now I have an abundance of free time...but not exactly in the way I wanted. I was in a car crash over the summer, my vehicle was destroyed by a speeding negligent driver, we both walked away with our lives but I was injured and I will never be the same. I was diagnosed with whiplash, I have a bulging disc in my  neck that will need surgery to correct but it is not something I want to do. The surgery would fix my daily pain but it could also leave me paralyzed and that is not something I take lightly. I am however seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week now.

A week after my crash I was fired from my job. It appears that they would rather get rid of me then hold my position while I am recovering from my injuries. The driver who hit me is suing me. oh what grounds I don't know but that is a thing that is happening.

I also had a painful tooth infection that my insurance would not pay to have fixed so I had to have the tooth pulled- not related to the car accident but it's just the filling that is the shit cake that has become my life.

And while I am injured I can not look for a new job as it would go against my doctors wishes.  So I now find myself with the free time I so desperately wanted. I just got in it the shittiest turn of events possible.

So I'm going to do my best to turn these lemons into lemonade and use my time to get back into the swing of things art wise. October has BEGUN and those of you who know me and know me well know that Halloween is my favorite holiday not to mention October is my birth month! So! I am going to do my best to churn out some spooky art work for the month! if I owe you any art trades please send me a note and I will incorporate that into my schedule!

I'm not really good at staying on schedule or not getting into trouble or staying on theme but boy howdy am I resilient!

However there is one draw back to being gone for so long and that is my message center is a disaster so I'm just going to nuke it and start from scratch. if you posted something that you are particularly proud of and would like to show off or my input on, link it below in the comments! or if you so desire tell me how your summer was! now that it's over we can look back fondly!
