why do I have to be a nervous wreck all the time... My mother left to drop of my sister (from a different mister) off at HER nana's and she hasn't come back in over an hour... I'm on the brink of crying... I tried calling but she won't answer! I'm just really scared because if something happens to her I would have no reason to live (I have a irrational need to protect her) and not to mention my siblings and I are at risk of being split up...

If you're younger it's okay to be nervous about that sort of thing. I was the exact same growing up, you'll develop a better sense of independence as you grow. Take a deep breath. C:

I'm not really "younger" per say, I mean in society I am, but I'm 15 and I've had serious anxiety and trust issues ever since my father went to prison. So I have ,like I said, "this irrational need to protect her"

But thanks for the assurance, I do hope I feel more independent like you say, because if I ever want a college life, I need to be without her for hours, maybe even days...

Well that's good! P.S. I just got a call saying she couldn't call back because she was in the ER because my sister's Nana's oxygen level was getting low.

Sometimes our own thoughts can really wreak havoc on us. I'm glad you found out what was going on!
