Hello all,
Well,... there's no easy way to say this, so I'll just go out and say it...
For reasons I'd rather not talk about, I've decided to quit development of CameliaGirls effective immediately. And although I'm speaking only for myself, chances are that Haya won't continue development on this either (certainly not from a coding standpoint).
Since the source, art, scripts and all other goodies are fully open, the project can't be considered truly dead and anyone can use all that we've built in however way you'd like. I'm also willing to provide free assistance or training in case you want to continue this on your own or build your own visual novel. But other than that, it's a safe bet that MY development branch is a dead-end, so feel free to discontinue, dewatch or devest yourself of this as you feel necessary.
As far as parting words of wisdom are concerned... all I can say is beware of being too emotionally vested in a project. Consider it a double-edged sword: it made the first few months of development luscious sweetness and these last few months a grinding decay.
In any event, this is as graceful a goodbye as I can muster. I'll still be around in DA, but I will switch gears to something a little more casual -- my goal is to spend less time online and even more time enjoying real life pursuits. and I encourage y'all to do the same if possible.
Farewell, and thank you all for your help and support! ^^

☆Um, guys...does anyone here know Japanese and is willing to be the translator of the Starry☆Sky series (beside In Spring)? I found a VN translation group, they said that > they might take care of the hacking, scripting and programming it to the game series...But they're lacking translators! <

(I know it's hard but the translating machines get on my nerves, and it'll take a long time if I want to study Jap properly. I really need your help). It's hard to find someone who's interested/willing to translate such a huge amount of text.

People! I found a great album that we can add to our project. Name's Kazune Sawatari, the album is named Cherish and can be found [here]. Preliminary googling showed that the artist usually remixes themes from Touhou and Pokémon, but after checking carefully I found out that all the music is original and CC-BY-licensed, fortunately! (Check [here] to confirm)
this is so awesome....you guys are doing a great job so far, and excellent art as well! How many ending will this game have? Is it a shoujo-ai game? or will a male protagonist come and steal Kana's spotlight later on?
This is pretty much what I'm meaning. At the left, my proposed style (tweak the twintails' length to your liking!). At the right, what I thought you meant with tri-tail. Sorry for the sketchiness, drawing with a mouse is a pain!
