Originally based off edit and color separation job by Zero de Armentis. They really did change Nash around for the new game, although he seems much less lively this time around for clear reasons.

Pardon the pun, but a lot of Nash's animation this time around lack life in them this time around, and I often have to take a step back to make sure I am not overanimating him for this scale. This is part of a series of supplemental animations made to fit in with a currently existing sprite set with fairly extensive color separation.
Nash's redesign basically threw the guy into the proverbial wood-chipper if you are referring into his costume design. Also, while the colors here reflect that new look, the color separation job described actually allows him to maintain his more classic SFZ look as well.
