Was originally intended as much, but never did get around to finishing all of the animations for it as I gradually lost interest in the engine and got busier with other things to get back to it.

I can't recall exactly which program I was using at the time for this, although if I had to wager a guess it was probably GraphicsGale.
'Power Person' Concept
You might want to study more of the recent Z2 related project animations then in this specific case; it's to my understanding that the style has undergone a few more changes since this particular animation was done, plus it will also give you more of an idea how Balthazar and company handle more subtle movements in this style. Aside from that, the usual standards of planning out the key frames and poses for the animation and then working on the transitions in between.
