Happy very very veeeeeeeeeeeeery belated birthday x_x

Olivia turned out the best (because I drew her first) but I recall Gwen’s giant swoopy skirt being fun to draw, because it is a giant swoopy skirt.

This was drawn before NaNo even started, because this was for her birthday in October and I am terrible, and as such it’s not 100% accurate because I didn’t know the characters yet. I guessed relatively well except for some minor things. Unfortunately my attempts at redrawing it didn’t turn out well–I kept rehashing it and rehashing it until I decided I should just go back to the original picture.

I was trying to go for the same sort of effect I did for those Mirror Image drawings I did…in 2021…unfortunately I seem to have lost the sauce on that one, it’s not the same. It is bright and colourful, which I feel suits @erin-hime ’s stories very well, so the magpie part of my brain is pleased with that.

Artemisia still has the best outfit although Livy’s dress is certainly scratching an itch for a historical clothing. But they’re all good in different ways.

in hindsight I thought Eli was ~*~*~mysterious~*~*~ from the pre-story art and tried to go with that. but that pose is not giving that off lmao
