Tree and lake in autumn

Another inktober sketch that I'd posted on tumblr already but am putting up here now that I've had a chance to make a proper scan of it. Kinda tried letting the bit to the left overexpose slightly, since that seemed to be giving it a nice contrast with the silhouetted foreground, but I think I chickened out too much--everything came out pretty solid in this scan (though I would have liked some bits of the foreground to be a bit more solid). Oh well.
