I talked to his wife about his behavior, and she went and told him not a minute after I said it, and he demanded that I "be out by the end of the day or tomorrow." I called my mother and my wife to update them on the situation, and he asked for the house key. I told him no. They (he and his wife) both got belligerent with me, when I told them that I'm on the lease, and they claimed that they'd resigned the lease without my knowing, or eviction from either them or the landlord. My "friend" then took my glasses off of my face while I was trying to get onto the phone with my mom, and then took my phone away from me, threw both out onto the porch from the second story window, bending my glasses all to hell, then he came back into the room, around my right side, and wrapped his left arm around my neck and threw me to the ground in a choke hold. His wife told me I needed to leave, and I told them I'd leave when I was damn well ready to. Eventually she started yelling at me again, and told me that I didn't need to be yelling at her, and backhanded me. Eventually I relinquished the key, and called my mom, who then called the cops, as well as myself. I've filed a police report and pressed charges against them, but they've told the police that I've been suicidal and having thoughts of self-harming. So because it's two people's stories that are "similar" against my one, it probably won't go anywhere, even though he needs to be arrested. I'm talking to the landlord today, and if I was removed from the lease without an eviction notice, I'm having his ass, because it's illegal.
*sighs* I wished I knew what I did to deserve this kind of shit in my life, you know?
